We’re Hiring
It’s time to go out and hunt for some new and fresh meat talent, but we won’t just hire anyone off this street. Here’s what you will need if you want to write for us:
- A deep knowledge of technology and the blog-o-sphere.
- A passion for gadgets and gaming. Not just your old NES or V-tech cordless phone, I mean a hardcore eat and sleep passion.
- A fantastic mastery of the
English languageopinion Controversy. - An underlying need to make our site better and more informative, or the basic feeling that we suck and you think you could make us better.
- An ethical disposition and the willingness to follow some basic rules
Here’s what you get:
- You’ll get read by over 85,000 unique visitors a month (Hey what did you expect, we are growing)
- You’ll get to play with gadgets from various companies trying to convince you their stuff doesn’t stink.
If you think you got what it takes, send us the following with the subject “job” to “editor” at “tech” dot “nocr” dot “at”:
- Two sample articles in the style of writing you would use on the site
- A short paragraph on why you’re suited for the job.
- Pay expectations (err, we have no money right now, but as the readership grown so will your end of it)
