IT Crowd Season 2

Channel 4 over in the UK has announced that the uber cool tech comedy show The IT Crowd will begin to air Season 2 on Friday August 24th. If you have never seen The IT Crowd before you really don’t know what you’re missing. The show is based on a fictitious IT department working out of the basement at a financial company. The characters are very funny with some great British humor. They don’t get too technical on the show but they do have a great sense of what most IT departments are like in medium size business.

On a side note, NBC will be airing an American version of The IT crowd this fall. Richard Ayoade, who plays Moss on the show, will be pulling double duty playing his character on both the original Channel 4 version and on the NBC American version.

My God please don’t go and screw this up NBC.
