Imagine waking up and seeing Dr. Who’s most famous accessory, the Tardis, sitting on the roof of a building. A bunch of pranksters managed to put a Tardis on top of building 7 at MIT. I’m not sure how they were able to sneak a big blue police box on the roof, but koodos to them for doing so.

MIT has always been famous for pranks so this one will fit right in even if it’s probably one of the coolest one the campus has ever seen.

The only thing that would be the icing on the cake would be to have Matt Smith walk around campus and attend some classes.

USB Prankster

This $32 USB device can easily cause some great laughs or it will cause you to be beaten senseless. Plus this flash drive looking USB device into an unsuspecting users computer and your victims computer will look like it’s possessed. Random mouse movements, caps lock turing itself off and on, or random garbled text and phrases. The Prankster also features a time delay switch so that you have time to make a getaway before all of the mayhem begins.

Although the unit is annoying it will never save a document or close out of anything. Still, make sure you know your victim well enough to know that he or she won’t be calling in the cops to investigate some terrorist action being performed on their computer.

Printer Pranks

Office pranks, probably the single reason everyone goes to work (okay, so itâ€™s probably a close second to a pay cheque). Most office pranks can become quite competitive, co-workers always trying to outdo the other, etc.

I have created my fair share of pranks over the years, but this one takes the cake. HP printer LCD hacks. I warn you now, this is for the serious hardcore since it involves a lot of coding and isn’t a point and click solution, but you will get hour of entertainment.

What would be your favorite saying? Turn me on, look out behind you, or as the picture states, feed me a cat. Let us know in the comments.

Shocking Gadgets

At first glance these gadgets might like look like sloppy knock-offs of the Sony PSP, a laser pointer, and an iPod. But once you pick them up you’ll be in for a shocking surprise. These bad knock-offs actually deliver a shock to the unsuspecting victim.

The devices cost about $4 a pop and deliver a tiny charge of current to whoever is holding them. The laser pointer actually functions as well, but don’t expect to play and games or music on the other devices.
