Xbox Live Lawsuit
It seems that a sincere apology and a free arcade game isn’t enough to satisfy the rage that some Xbox Live lovers have been suffering. Three Texans slapped the evil empire with a class action lawsuit this past Friday, claiming that the outrage and disruption of service is a breech of the Terms of Use contract that all Xbox Live users have. The suit claims that total damages exceed $5 million. Yes I said $5 million.
Looks like Microsoft will have to pony up more than a free arcade game to keep their users happy.
