Bong Or Bowl?

I know that this isn’t exactly a gadget, but tell me this isn’t the weirdest looking throne you have ever seen. Some Russians decided to have a bathroom design contest (who the hell holds a contest for bathroom design?) and this is what they came up with this toilet, named “Mrs. Hudosn”, maybe it’s a lost in translation thing. I’m not sure if you are suppose to smoke it or sit on it.
