Anyone know if any of the Canadian cellphone companies will be carrying any of the phones that run Google's Android?

I hope we aren't going to get shafted on the amount of time it takes for us to get one like the iPhone was.

Not quite sure if we will ever see it up here.  Who knows what type of deal Rogers made with Apple to finally get the iPhone in Canada.  Maybe it includes a clause that prevents Rogers from selling a comparable smartphone.  Plus, well all know how slow Telus and Bell Mobility are at getting anything hardware wise that is decent.

What we need to find out is if HTC and Google are planing on making other versions of the G line of phone that would work on CDMA so that Bell and Telus can jump into the mix.

I know that both Bell and Telus carry HTC phone right now.
